Dragon's Lair

I found this piece of sculpture in a garden at the Honolulu Academy of Art to be particularly enigmatic and compelling. I hope it is mysteriously evocative for you, as well.

First Snow on Red Maple Leaves

Santa Fe had its first snow before Thanksgiving which was a light and delicate dusting of white magic. This is supposed to be a dryer winter because of the La Nina weather pattern, but we had a big snowfall yesterday and all last night. This morning we awoke to six or seven inches of snow creating a beautiful white blanket over everything.

Fiji Magic

I found this white hibiscus growing in the jungle in Fiji while we were staying at Tony Robbins’ Resort at Namale. The image was made with an old Polaroid SX-70 instant camera and the print was hand-etched with wooden ceramicist tools.

Dahlia Mandala

Just like with sunsets, I cannot resist the seduction of beautiful flowers. I find that flower blossoms often have the effect of stilling my mind and expanding my awareness of beauty which feeds my soul. I hope this image approaches something similar for you.

'57 Chevy Bel Air Hotrod

This is a classic car from the ’50′s I’m sure some of you will recognize and maybe even appreciate! My second car was a ’57 Chevy two door sedan, stick six (if you know what that means!) This is a beautifully restored and souped up example. Enjoy!

The Secret Temple

Everyone needs a private and secret place in which to commune with Spirit. Having found or created it, it is important to make regular visits to shut out the world and be in peace within your own Soul.

Enjoy! As always, your comments and questions are appreciated. You may see more of my images here.

Santa Fe Summer Sky with Double Rainbow

Santa Fe Summer Sky with Double Rainbow

I saw this double rainbow near our home recently as I was driving to the co-op. It lasted a really long time and was very dramatic and beautiful. I took a lot of pictures and I think this is one of the best. I hope you like it! As always, your comments are appreciated.

Explosive Sunset

This was the amazing view we enjoyed one evening this week. It just went on and on in an almost never ending display of fiery beauty. By the way, sunsets are the most photographed subject in the world. I try to resist but I just can’t help myself sometimes!
