What a beautiful way to start 2016… and to start my mornings…. with hand on my heart, visualizing and feeling loved, joyful, and peaceful. Then, as my breathing relaxes and deepens, visualizing “the Other” also feeling love, joy, and peace. This simple little exercise is opening my heart in such powerful ways that I want to come back to it every day! Thank you Layne and Paul!!!
